What do you do in this profession?

• As a Kaufmann/Kauffrau for Dialogmarketing, you are the interface between our company and our customers. You organize communication, manage customer data, and implement marketing campaigns purposefully – by phone or email.
• You analyze customer needs, prepare offers, and support the planning of sales promotions. You also document conversations, evaluate results, and thus help to improve the company's service and marketing strategies.
• In short: You are the voice of the company, advise customers, actively participate in shaping marketing campaigns, and ensure that customers are satisfied and happy to return.

What do you bring with you?

• At least a good secondary school leaving certificate (Hauptschulabschluss) or higher
• Good German language skills
• Enjoyment of dealing with people and customers
• Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor
• Team spirit and willingness to cooperate
• Diligence in documenting information
• Service orientation and empathy
• Willingness to learn and openness to new programs and tools
