Apprentice to a Healthcare Businessman (m/w/d)

As a medium-sized and family-run company, we have been conducting fee accounting for healthcare providers (doctors, physiotherapists, healers, clinics, etc.) since 1975. We relieve these professionals reliably and competently of administrative tasks and create added value.

Tasks

• You will gain insight into our specific departments

• In marketing, you will learn how to win new customers in the healthcare sector

• In accounting, you will process business transactions and book invoices

• In billing, you will learn to create invoices according to the fee schedule for doctors (GOÄ)

• In complaints, you will take care of explanations and corrections of bills against patients and other payers

• At the reception, you will learn interdepartmental tasks and the organization of general office routine

• You will maintain and update our database while working team- and customer-oriented

Qualification

• You have a successful secondary school leaving certificate, Abitur or equivalent qualification
• You are interested in business relationships in the healthcare sector
• You stand out with high learning readiness, team orientation and engagement
• Friendliness, openness, punctuality and reliability round off your personality profile
