• In 3 years, you will get to know many of our commercial departments, e.g., materials, production, personnel, and sales.
• Your tasks are diverse and go beyond day-to-day business – you will get to know our specialist departments through varied projects.
• Classes at the vocational school will make you fit in economics (environmental economics / business administration) – Business English is also on the schedule.
• We will teach you everything you need to know about purchasing, storing, and supplying goods.
• You will learn how to plan, control, and monitor production processes – and how financial and business accounting works.
• Human Resources will also be part of your training. Here, you will deal with service and organizational plans or assess personnel requirements.
• We will show you how to negotiate confidently and successfully with customers or create effective marketing measures.

• You have one of the following qualifications: Abitur, Fachhochschulreife, or a good Realschulabschluss (high school diploma)
• Good grades in mathematics, German, and English
• Teamwork skills, strong communication, and an empathetic nature characterize you
• Ideally, you are proficient in using a PC
• You possess a driver's license class A or B
