Apprentice / Trainee to Senior Administrative Assistant for Swimming Pool Operations (m/w/d)

The Blomberger Supply Company is a modern, high-performance, regional operating municipal energy supply company. We supply households in Blomberg with electricity, gas, water, and heat and also operate an indoor pool and outdoor pool. As of August 1, 2026, we are looking for an apprentice/trainee to senior administrative assistant for swimming pool operations (m/w/d). Tasks: Safety monitoring: supervise the pool operation, initiate rescue measures, and provide first aid. Technology & Water Quality: monitor water quality, perform routine maintenance on equipment, and ensure proper functioning of facilities. Customer Service: provide excellent customer service, handle complaints, and maintain a positive image for our company. Teamwork: work closely with colleagues to achieve common goals, support each other in daily tasks, and contribute to the overall success of the team. Education & Training: participate in on-the-job training, attend workshops and seminars, and stay up-to-date with industry developments. Flexibility: be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively. Communication: communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and customers, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information discreetly. Physical & Mental Demands: perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for long periods, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain mental focus and concentration.
