• In 3 years, we will show you how to perform chemical, physical, and microbiological examinations on milk products – and thus ensure the various production steps.
• You will learn how to take samples, analyze them in-depth with modern laboratory equipment, and document your findings.
• Your critical eye is also required with regard to additives and packaging materials, as you will ensure consistently high quality.
• We will teach you what you need to know about the elements water and air, how cleaning agents work in detail, and why hygiene is so important.
• The block classes at the vocational school will make you proficient in detecting living systems in detail – you will also learn how to record data and optimally organize production processes.

• You have a good secondary school leaving certificate (Realschulabschluss) or a very good primary/lower secondary school leaving certificate (Hauptschulabschluss)
• Good grades in mathematics and natural sciences
• You are an open, confident, and communicative personality
