• In 2 years, we will teach you everything you need to know to prepare work processes and commission our production machines and plants.
• Your training plan includes, among other things, monitoring the production process as well as manufacturing and quality control.
• You will learn from us what it takes to guarantee compliance with specific standards and specifications – in terms of occupational safety, quality, hygiene, environment, and energy efficiency.
• You will also encounter various testing procedures and learn the correct handling of milk, cheese, and other dairy products.
• And because hygiene is an important issue in the food industry, you will also be responsible for various cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Vocational school will equip you with the skills to assess and ensure the quality of food products.

• You have a good intermediate or basic school leaving certificate (Real- or Hauptschulabschluss)
• Very good technical understanding and similar aptitude
• Great interest in food and dairy products
• You have a strong awareness of quality and hygiene
• Diligence, sense of responsibility, and reliability characterize you
