External Trade Specialist Import/export/regulatory 40-60 %

These are your tasks:

• Customer service via phone and email (D/F/E)
• Self-contained processing of the entire export process
• Independent creation and management of documents such as conformity declarations, safety data sheets, and other regulatory documents
• Responsibility for compliance with legal requirements (including sanctions screenings)
• Tight cooperation with internal and external partners (e.g. customs clearance)

What you bring:

• Completed commercial vocational training EFZ or equivalent education
• Further education in foreign trade/export with eidg. Specialist certificate
• Mult-year experience in export processing, ideally in the area of household articles
• In-depth Excel knowledge and generally high IT affinity, including self-contained familiarization with new digital tools
• Negotiation-safe communication in German, French, and English
• Structured, organized, reliable, and responsible work style
• Pleasure in international customer contact
