As Field Sales Representative (m/w/d) at SumUp, you're responsible for your own success from day one.

This role is strongly commission-driven:

💰 You have a fixed salary – and an uncapped commission. 🔥 The more effort you put in, the higher your earnings. 📈 Your success determines your income and development.

You plan your own day, are responsible for your own territory, and speak directly to merchants on-site. Every closure counts – and pays off for you.

💡 Your Tasks

• Active approach to local merchants and identification of new potential

• Presentation of our payment solutions – clear, practical, and convincing

• Sovereign handling of objections and closing deals

• Built a sustainable customer portfolio

• Tight collaboration with an ambitious, supportive sales team

🧠 What You Bring

• Eagerness, drive, and enthusiasm for achieving results

• Pleasure in direct customer contact and work in the field

• Technical understanding and ability to explain products simply

• A proactive hands-on mentality

• First sales experience is a plus – motivation and willingness to learn are crucial
