For a company, we are looking immediately: New customer acquisition: Identification, approach and winning of new customers (B2B) for temporary work agency and personnel placement. Existing customer care: Building long-term relationships and expanding the business with existing customers. Needs analysis: Determination of the personnel needs of the customers and creation of tailored personnel concepts. Recruitment & Placement: Active search, selection and placement of suitable external employees to fill the positions at the customers' sites.
