Summer Season Service (m/w) Assistant

In the 4-star apartment hotel and spa Peaks Place, our guests can expect 74 serviced apartments with a modern, alpine interior design. Culinary, our guests will be treated to a variety of international and local specialties in our restaurants and bars. Our team is looking for a summer season service assistant (m/w) who wants to contribute their skills and experience to the success of our hotel. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication skills. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling guest requests and complaints, and supporting the front office team. You will also assist with administrative tasks, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and processing payments. In addition, you will help with the organization and execution of events and activities, such as concerts, parties, and sports events. We are looking for someone who is flexible, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
