Responsibilities
- First point of contact for our guests, partners, and visitors during the night
- Carrying out smooth check-ins and check-outs
- Accepting and processing guest requests
- Administrative tasks during the night
- End-of-day closings, cash register management, and rounds in the building
- You are a passionate host and create special moments and encounters – always!
Profile
- Confident and experienced interaction with international guests
- No hesitation in communicating in German or English
- Team spirit, reliability, and affinity for administrative tasks
- A good sense for the needs of our guests
- Confident and independent way of working
- Knowledge of Opera would be desirable
