Assistant Customer Service / Office (m/f/d) – flexible working hours & home office

About SGW Metering GmbH

We, SGW Metering GmbH, are a medium-sized company with around 150 employees and specialize in the replacement of electricity, gas, water, and heat meters.

To support our customer service, we are looking for a reliable assistant (m/f/d) effective immediately until January 31, 2027. Whether you are a student, career changer, or simply looking for a part-time job – you are welcome here!

Your tasks

• Processing customer inquiries via email and phone

• Support with appointment scheduling

• Maintaining and processing data in our systems

• General administrative tasks in customer service

What you bring

• Good computer skills and confident use of common programs

• Good German language skills, both written and spoken

• A friendly and communicative personality

• Reliability and an independent way of working

• Previous experience in customer service is not required – we will train you!
