Tasks

• Supporting our customers in defining search strategies and candidate profiles
• Research and identification of potential candidates through platforms like LinkedIn and other platforms
• Creation and sending of individual approaches
• Scheduling and coordination of initial interviews
• Maintenance and documentation of customer projects
• Social media support

Qualification

• Experience in personnel management desirable
• First contact with active sourcing or recruiter tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
• You convince through strong communication skills, empathy, and a good sense of building networks
• You work structured, are willing to learn, and appreciate teamwork
