Tasks

• As an IT System Management Clerk, you will inform and advise our customers on all questions concerning IT products and IT services.
• To do this, you will analyze customer-specific requirements and create suitable offers accordingly.
• Procuring hardware and software, as well as internal sales coordination, are also part of your daily responsibilities.
• You will always be up-to-date with new developments in the IT sector.
• The training lasts three years and takes place in a dual system, i.e., at the training company and at the vocational school.
• The final examination will be taken before the Chamber of Industry and Commerce.

Qualifications

• You should be enthusiastic about IT topics and modern technology and possess a good secondary school leaving certificate, a technical college entrance qualification, or even a high school diploma (Abitur).
• Helpful strengths: Structured way of working, interest in the subjects of Mathematics, Computer Science, and Economics.
