For the Nursing Directorate at the Winterthur site, we are looking for you

Training Manager / Training Manager 70%These are your responsibilities

• Implementation and assurance of educational standards in practice
• Pedagogical coaching of vocational trainers and apprentices / students
• Ensuring cooperation with the ward managers
• Close cooperation with the training managers and vocational trainers
• Active participation in the further development of education-relevant projects

What you bring

• Nursing diploma HF/FH with experience in a psychiatric setting and completed pedagogical further training (SVEB-2 or higher)
• High professional and social competence as well as good communication skills
• For foreign diplomas, SRK recognition is required
