• The professional and content-related organization and execution of inter-company training courses and further education courses in dental technology,
• The application and availability of teaching materials, as well as participation in their updating,
• The imparting of theoretical fundamental knowledge,

• Participation in the INex-ÜBA project "Dental Digital 4.0 - New Work & New Learning in Dental Technology".

• Successfully completed vocational training and subsequent master craftsman examination in dental technology,
• Relevant professional experience as a master craftsman or workshop manager,
• Advanced knowledge in the theory and practice of CAD/CAM/CNC, and analog techniques,
• Basic knowledge of occupational safety, work pedagogy, and apprentice instruction,
• Good communication and teamwork skills,
• Flexibility and organizational competence.
