Master Craftsman (m/f/d) for Sanitary, Heating, and Air Conditioning Technology

As a modern service provider, the Chamber of Crafts of the Palatinate represents the interests of approximately 18,400 member companies in the region. In addition to representing the interests of crafts on a political level, we carry out sovereign tasks such as maintaining the register of trades and apprentices, and regulating and monitoring vocational training, and we offer our member companies comprehensive advisory services.

We are looking for a: Master Craftsman (m/f/d) for Sanitary, Heating, and Air Conditioning Technology to start immediately in Ludwigshafen am Rhein, full-time or part-time, permanent position.

• Actively shape training: You will teach the theoretical and practical fundamentals of SHK technology in the basic level and support apprentices in the advanced level training with specialization in traditional and modern technologies
• Contribute your own ideas: You will contribute your experience and ideas to the design of instruction, practical exercises, and training methods, and participate in their further development
• Work with modern technology: You will teach current technologies and applications in sanitary, heating, and air conditioning technology, while also keeping your own professional knowledge up-to-date
• Make technology understandable: You will prepare complex technical content in such a way that young people can understand, practically apply, and try out
• Accompany the next generation of skilled workers: As a point of contact (m/f/d), you will support apprentices with technical questions and accompany them in their professional development
• Shape the workshop: You will participate in the selection and integration of new workshop equipment and support the planning and procurement of training-relevant materials
• Optional: Teaching theoretical and practical content in adult education, e.g., as part of master craftsman preparation or other further training offers

• Master Craftsman (m/f/d) or State-Certified Technician (m/f/d) in the field of Sanitary, Heating, and Air Conditioning Technology
• Broad experience in your profession and ideally experience working with apprentices
• Great interest in technological developments in your trade and willingness to undertake further training
• Pedagogical skills and enjoyment in working with young people and adults
• Ideally, experience in digital media competence or willingness to further educate yourself in the area of learning management systems
• Flexibility and a Class B driver's license
• Confident demeanor, high communication skills, and team orientation
