• Technical Training in the Training Workshop: You will be responsible for the technical training and further education of our apprentices as SHK (Sanitary, Heating, Climate) system mechanics. Ideally, you will also support our apprentices in the field of electronics for energy and building technology. In the training workshop, you will impart all relevant knowledge and skills in a practical manner that are required for successful training.
• Supervision and Deployment Planning: You are responsible for the technical supervision, deployment planning, and scheduling of apprentices, ensuring they are integrated into the daily training routine in a structured and goal-oriented manner.
• Individual Learning Support: You will individually support apprentices in their technical and personal development. You will identify development needs early on, provide guidance, and support young people on their path to a successful professional qualification.
• Planning and Implementation of Training Content: You will plan training content, learning objectives, and processes in line with operational requirements, training regulations, and the requirements of vocational schools and chambers.
• Training Sessions and Courses: You will prepare and conduct internal training sessions, instructions, and courses independently, both for apprentices and, if necessary, for other employees.
• Interface Communication: You will be the point of contact for apprentices, colleagues, vocational schools, trade associations, external education partners, and, if necessary, for parents or guardians of the apprentices.
• Intercultural Support: You bring openness and sensitivity in dealing with international apprentices. Especially with apprentices from third countries, for example from Morocco, you will support their professional integration, consider different language and learning prerequisites, and promote a respectful coexistence.
• Further Development of Training: You will actively participate in the further development of our training processes and contribute your own ideas to make our training modern, practical, and future-proof.

• Education and Qualification: You have successfully completed vocational training in sanitary, heating, climate, or utility technology, ideally as an SHK / HLS (Sanitary, Heating, Climate) system mechanic. Further training as a master craftsman, technician, or a comparable qualification is desirable.
• Trainer Qualification: You have successfully completed the trainer aptitude examination according to AEVO (Ordinance on Trainer Aptitude) or are willing to obtain it in the near future.
• Work Experience: You have sound practical experience in technical building equipment, particularly in the areas of heating, sanitary, ventilation, or climate. Knowledge in the field of electrical and building technology is an advantage.
• Experience with Apprentices: Ideally, you already have experience in guiding, supervising, or training young people and young adults.
• Pedagogical Skills: You enjoy conveying knowledge understandably, fostering young people, and developing them both technically and personally.
• Intercultural Competence: You approach people from different backgrounds with openness, patience, and respect. Experience in supporting international apprentices or employees is an advantage.
