Tasks
- You plan and manage the entire training cycle in our food production – from contract creation and scheduling to event organization.
- As the central point of contact, you support our trainees, foster their professional and personal development, and conduct regular feedback sessions.
- You actively shape the learning content and ensure that important topics such as food law and quality management are conveyed in a practical manner.
- You work closely with the specialist departments and, as an interface, maintain contact with vocational schools, the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK), and other external partners.
- You specifically prepare trainees for their intermediate and final examinations, thereby ensuring qualified junior staff for our company.
Profile
- You have completed vocational training in the food sector or possess comparable, sound professional experience.
- A valid AEVO instructor's certificate is an important prerequisite for this role.
- Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in supervising employees or trainees.
- With your communicative, organized, and responsible nature, you visibly enjoy fostering young people.
- You speak fluent German (C2 level).
