Then you're exactly the right person for the Training to become a Media Designer*in Digital and Print (m/w/d) starting in August 2026.

In the training to become a Media Designer*in, you will mainly work creatively and think about concepts for things like layouts, color design, and logo development. You'll learn theory at vocational school and apply your knowledge practically with us in the agency. At the end of the training, you'll have an official IHK certificate as a Media Designer*in Digital and Print.

This is how you'll take us further

• You're excited to learn everything about designing and producing classical and digital media
• You can start just as well with classic out-of-home advertising materials like posters, TV spots, and ads as with online advertising materials like banners or social media on different channels
• You'll develop individual ideas and solutions together with your team for our customers and accompany the creation process
• You support your team with ideas for fresh and innovative looks

• A completed education (preferably Abitur or Fachhochschulreife)
• A technical and design-based understanding
• You're a team player who fits in perfectly with us
• You have a hands-on mentality and support where you can
• You bring high creative potential, motivation, and fun to work with
• You're interested in design and love print and digital media. Please send us a portfolio or some work samples. It doesn't matter whether they were created during school, at work, or simply for fun in your free time – we find that exciting! We're not looking for perfection, but rather your sense of design, ideas, and style. We want to see who you are creatively – and whether we fit together well.
