Tasks

• Gaining insight into technical areas to obtain basic knowledge about IT systems and management
• Support in customer acquisition and consulting on IT solutions and services
• Participation in the creation of concepts, offers, and invoices
• Research for suitable software and hardware to support customer inquiries
• Organization and coordination of projects in the field of IT Service Management
• Implementation of market analyses to identify trends and competitors
• Support of key account management
• Participation in planning and implementation of marketing measures

Qualification

• Good average grade or (vocational) high school diploma
• Pasión for computers and technology
• Teamwork, solution-oriented thinking, and meticulous work habits
• Communication skills with a sense of humor
• Very good German (at least C1) and good English language skills in writing and speaking!
