Tasks

During your three-year training, you will gain extensive knowledge in the areas of support and sales. In these departments, we will impart both technical and commercial knowledge about our product and service portfolio. This expertise will be applied in the context of advising interested parties, winning new customers, customer care, and customer retention. You will go through all phases of an inquiry, from accepting via email or phone to processing complaints until the final order placement.

Qualification

At least upper secondary school leaving certificate or equivalent academic background

Affinity for IT branch technical understanding

Outstanding interest in how the internet works

Pristine German language skills in writing and speaking

Excellent verbal and written expression abilities

Pleasure in sales and communication with customers

Enjoyment of teamwork

Engagement and flexibility

We offer an above-average remuneration package, including possibly performance-based bonuses. The training allowance at our company is €800,- in the first year, €900,- in the second year, and €1,000,- in the third year.
