Throughout your entire apprenticeship, you will be accompanied by motivated and qualified vocational trainers who will support you in your learning process.
This is what you can achieve:

• Warmly welcome guests and inform them about our hotel services
• Thank guests upon departure and solicit feedback
• Independently process internal and external correspondence, such as emails and letters
• Implement marketing and communication tasks, such as posting on social media
• Settle open accounts
• Learn and apply the basics of service
• Prepare simple dishes
• Perform cleaning tasks in guest rooms and the restaurant

This is what you bring:

• Secondary school level Sek A with good learning ability and willingness to learn
• You enjoy direct customer contact, are service-oriented, and possess excellent manners
• You are self-responsible and flexible, especially when it comes to irregular working hours and weekend shifts
• Very good German language skills
• Basic knowledge of English and French is an advantage
