About the Position:
The positions in our production and technology are just as diverse as our recipes & products. As part of the training as a Food Technology Specialist (m/w/d), we will specifically focus on the manufacture of foodstuffs according to given recipes in industrially shaped processes, controlling, operating, and monitoring production facilities.
We prepare you for the following tasks:
- Incorporating packaging machines
- Determining material requirements
- Establishing safety measures
- Conducting inventory checks
- Carrying out maintenance and repair work on machines
- Paying attention to safety and environmental regulations
- Recognizing disturbances in the production process and taking action
What does it take to be successful in this role?
- SUCCESSFUL intermediate school leaving certificate
- Good technical understanding: interest in production technological connections and processes
- Handicraft skills
- Carefulness and sense of responsibility: compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Teamwork ability: cooperative collaboration with colleagues and trainers
- Reliability: punctual and conscientious fulfillment of assigned tasks
- Learner's willingness: active participation in the company and vocational school
