Job description
Our Story – Grown from Conviction.
With us, you will get to know the organizational structure of a tax firm that connects two locations with a team of around 30 colleagues.
It all started about three decades ago with our founder Martina Zimmermann-Brase, who believed in treating people honestly, sharing responsibility, and working together. Nothing has changed about this attitude to this day, and it applies to you as an apprentice just as much as to everyone else on the team.
You will experience modern office work with us directly from the first day, because with Emma, our RPA solution, and the targeted use of AI, we are making our administrative processes leaner and faster. This way, you will learn from the beginning how digital processes work in a firm and can contribute your own ideas that will relieve you and us in the daily office routine.
Responsibilities
Your Role – Tasks with Variety and Depth.
In your three-year apprenticeship, you will get to know all the areas that keep a law firm's office running and discover what you enjoy most in the secretariat. You will often be the first contact that clients have with us on the phone or at reception. Of course, your colleagues will always be there to support you, foster your development, and provide regular feedback.
Your responsibilities include, among others:
- Reception and support of clients as well as answering phone calls
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail and digital filing of documents
- Organization of the daily office routine
- Support with material ordering and general administrative tasks
- Participation in the digitalization of our office processes
- Preparation/post-processing of tax documents
- Further tasks related to administration or the secretariat
Qualifications
Your Profile – Professionally Strong, Personally a Good Fit.
You don't need to know how a tax firm works from the inside beforehand, because that's exactly what you'll learn with us. You should enjoy interacting with people and have a strong interest in organizing office processes.
- Secondary school diploma (Realschulabschluss), university of applied sciences entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife), or high school diploma (Abitur)
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Interest in digital processes and working with numbers
- Meticulous work style
- Reliability and team spirit
Benefits
Your Benefits – More Than Just a Workplace.
For many, an apprenticeship is their first real job, and we understand that many things are new at the beginning. That's why we support you individually and see you as a fully-fledged team member from day one, whose opinion counts with us.
And of course, you will also benefit from many advantages with us that make a difference:
- Attractive remuneration
- 28 days of vacation – for sufficient rest and balance
- Flexible working hours – adjusted to your life, overtime is the exception with us and is recorded
- Training & Further Education – at least one training session per quarter, individually according to your interests
- Development & Responsibility – specialization possible, responsibility if you want it, not if you have to
- Team Culture – open exchange, regular feedback, short communication channels in daily life
- Events & Togetherness – summer parties, joint activities, and a family-like atmosphere
- Additional Benefits – gift vouchers, kindergarten subsidies, and other extras
- Modern Work – digital processes with DATEV and supplementary tools
Your Contact – Simple and Direct.
Can you imagine starting your apprenticeship with us? Then feel free to get in touch, we look forward to getting to know you.
