Training as a System Integration Specialist (m/w/d)

As an apprentice to become a system integration specialist, you will learn how IT systems are planned, set up, and maintained. You will deal with the networking of hardware and software and ensure that everything runs smoothly. During your training, you will learn to analyze and fix technical problems, install systems, and support users in their queries. Step by step, you will become an IT expert and help shape IT infrastructures securely, efficiently, and future-proof. You will work closely with your team and gather valuable practical experience in exciting projects.

Tasks

You'll learn this at our place:

Planning, installation, and configuration of IT systems and networks

• Erection, operation, and maintenance of servers, clients, operating systems, and peripherals
• Analysis and troubleshooting of hardware and software errors (First- and Second-Level-Support)
• Participation in exciting IT projects, e.g. introducing new systems or migrations
• User support and consulting on technical questions
• Documented IT processes, system configurations, and workflows
• Implementation of IT security and data protection guidelines
• Monitoring of systems and conducting updates and data backups

Qualification

A minimum good high school or vocational school leaving certificate (or higher)

• Interest in IT, technology, and digital connections
• Pleasure in dealing with computers, networks, and technical systems
• Learner's willingness, motivation, and reliability
