Training as a System Integration Specialist (m/w/d)

THE ROLE

As an apprentice to become a system integration specialist (m/w/x), you will be part of our IT Operations Team, which is responsible for all IT systems, devices, networks, and employee inquiries in the company. We offer you an intensive, practice-oriented training in a globally active company. You can look forward to varied and interesting areas of application that allow you to work independently and take responsibility. A comprehensive mentoring during the training will be ensured by selected contact persons. At YOC, you will get to know a modern working environment where you can bring your personal engagement and motivation. The training as a system integration specialist primarily consists of the following topics:

• Conceptualization and realization of complex IT systems through integration of hardware and software components

• Installation, configuration, and administration of IT systems

• Troubleshooting by using expert and diagnostic systems

• User support in dealing with the IT systems

• Observation of the market for IT technologies and system, hard- and software products

• At least good average grades or vocational training with good grades in core subjects German, mathematics, and English
