We are looking for motivated and curious apprentices starting from August 2026, who want to learn the profession of System Integration Specialist.

Tasks

• Setting up and configuring network infrastructure and server systems
• Supporting 1st-Level- and 2nd-Level-Support for technical inquiries and problems
• Monitoring and maintenance of IT systems
• Participation in exciting IT projects to implement new solutions and technologies
• Documented and updating system and software documentation as well as processes
• Carrying out installations and upgrades of software and hardware
• Participation in error analysis and troubleshooting within the scope of IT support

Qualification

• A good average grade or (Fach-)Abitur
• Passion for computers and technology
• Teamwork, solution-oriented thinking, and meticulous workmanship
• Communication skills with a sense of humor
• Very good German (at least C1) and good English skills in writing and speaking
• First experiences with IT systems (e.g. through internships or hobby projects) are advantageous, but not necessary!
