As part of the apprenticeship as an IT Specialist for System Integration, you will build the foundation for your future in Office IT / IT Support / Workplace Administration. You will learn how to plan and provide workstations, configure and manage hardware, package/roll out software, and manage licenses. You will also gain insights into user and access management, IT security in daily work, standardization, documentation, and how to handle ticketing systems and support processes (1st & 2nd Level). Together, we ensure that our colleagues can work reliably, securely, and efficiently. Your View Beyond the Box - System Administration: A fixed part of your apprenticeship will take place in our System Administration. There, you will get to know the technology that runs behind our games: how thousands of Linux servers are managed automatically, how networks, monitoring, and backups are structured, and how to eliminate recurring tasks with scripting. So you won't just see your colleagues' workstations, but also the infrastructure behind them – and ultimately understand how both are connected. Have we sparked your interest?   • Excellent Performance. You will have completed your Abitur or Fachhochschulreife with good grades – especially in STEM subjects, English, and ideally also Computer Science.
  • First Practical Experience. You already have initial practical experience with a Mac or with setting up a network.
