Programming is your passion, which you want to turn into your profession? You want to be up close and personal with game development? Learn various programming languages, tools, and teams in an exciting and varied environment with us and continuously improve your skills. As part of the training, you will learn the tools for your professional future in the field of Software Development. During the training, you will work in various development teams, learning current technologies and agile working methods and positively influencing the gaming experience of millions of players.
 
Our training takes place in Hamburg. Benefit from our strong Career Starter community and direct exchange with your mentors on-site at our office in Hamburg-Hammerbrook. At the same time, you can look forward to the advantages of hybrid working.

Your Skillset
  • Excellent Performance. You will complete your Abitur or Fachhochschulreife with good grades.
  • Programming. You have prior knowledge of an object-oriented scripting or programming language (e.g., Java, C# or PHP).
  • Fun. You enjoy mathematics and science.
  • Initial Practical Experience. Ideally, you have already worked together with others on a smaller software project.
  • Future Shaper. You see artificial intelligence as an opportunity to help shape the future of our games and are eager to apply your enthusiasm and initial AI experience in real projects.
  • Responsibility. You enjoy working independently and demonstrate a high level of commitment, teamwork, and flexibility.
  • German Language Skills. To successfully participate in our training program, you have at least a B2 level in German, as vocational school classes are exclusively in German.
  • Our Company Language is English. You are looking forward to applying your very good English skills daily in writing and speaking at the company.
  • Gaming. Ideally, you have an affinity for (online) games.
