This is what it's about

In the 2-year training as a sales assistant or the 3-year training as a retail clerk, you will learn how processes in retail work: starting from ordering goods, through their receipt, presentation and storage, to sales and sales promotion measures. These tasks await you, among others:

• Acceptance of goods deliveries
• Stocking shelves and product presentation
• Freshness control in the fruit and vegetable section
• Ensuring the availability of our baked goods
• Operating the cash register and cash reconciliation
• Ensuring order and cleanliness in the branch

Depending on the collective bargaining agreement area, you will work between 37 and 39 hours per week, including vocational school hours. Vocational school will be located near your place of residence.

• A school leaving certificate (qualifying secondary school certificate or intermediate school-leaving certificate)
• Enthusiasm for food and consumer goods
• Motivation, initiative, and reliability
• Math skills and the desire to actively apply them with us
• Team spirit and enjoyment of contact with customers
• Good German language skills (at least language level B1) to ensure smooth communication with customers

  -1st year of training €1,250.00 gross
  -2nd year of training €1,350.00 gross
