Apprenticeship as Salesperson / Retail Clerk starting 09/01/2026 (m/f/d)

During the 2-year apprenticeship as a salesperson or the 3-year apprenticeship as a retail clerk (male/female), you will learn how processes in retail work: from ordering goods, to their arrival, presentation, and storage, through to sales and sales promotion measures. These tasks, among others, await you:

• Acceptance of goods deliveries
• Stocking shelves and product presentation
• Freshness checks in the fruit and vegetable section
• Ensuring the availability of our baked goods
• Operating the cash register and cash reconciliation
• Ensuring order and cleanliness in the store

Depending on the collective bargaining region, you will work between 37 and 39 hours per week, including vocational school. The vocational school will be located near your place of residence.

• A school leaving certificate (qualifying secondary school certificate or intermediate school certificate)
• Enthusiasm for food and consumer goods

• Math skills and the desire to actively apply them with us

• Good German language skills (at least language level B1) to ensure smooth communication with customers

• An above-tariff salary:
  -1st year of apprenticeship €1,250.00 gross
  -2nd year of apprenticeship €1,350.00 gross
  -3rd year of apprenticeship €1,500.00 gross
