Training as a Sales Assistant / Retail Clerk starting August 1, 2027 (m/f/d) in Göttingen

In the 2-year training as a Sales Assistant or the 3-year training as a Retail Clerk, you will learn how processes in retail work: from ordering goods, through their receipt, presentation, and storage, to sales and sales-promoting measures. These tasks, among others, await you:

• Accepting goods deliveries
• Stocking shelves and product presentation
• Freshness checks in the fruit and vegetable section
• Ensuring the availability of our baked goods
• Operating the cash register and reconciling the till
• Maintaining order and cleanliness in the store

Depending on the collective bargaining region, you will work between 37 and 39 hours per week, including vocational school. The vocational school will be located near your place of residence.

• A school leaving certificate (qualifying secondary school certificate or middle school leaving certificate)

• An above-tariff salary:
  -1st year of training €1,250.00 gross
  -2nd year of training €1,350.00 gross
  -3rd year of training €1,500.00 gross
