Training as Mechatronics Technician / Mechatronics Technologist (m/w/d) Start 2026

Then you're exactly right at MCF Technologie GmbH. We develop and build customized test and measurement systems for industrial applications. In doing so, we create systems that combine mechanical construction, electrical components, electronics, control technology, and software.

We are looking for a motivated young professional for our electronic manufacturing in Ettlingen for the training year 2026. At MCF, you will be part of a young, enthusiastic team, working on real projects and learning step by step how modern test and automation technology is created.

Tasks

During your training, you will learn, among other things:

• to assemble mechanical, electrical, and electronic components
• to build groups and systems according to technical specifications
• to properly install electrical wiring and electronic components
• to set up, test, and commission measurement and testing systems
• to search for errors in technical systems, analyze them, and correct them
• to work with tools, measuring instruments, technical drawings, and circuit diagrams
• to better understand control units, sensors, actuators, and electronic systems
• to contribute to customer-specific technical solutions as a team member

Qualification

You should bring:

• a middle school diploma or equivalent, or Abitur
• interest in technology, electronics, mechanics, and practical work
• handicraft skills and a good technical understanding
• good grades in mathematics and physics
• a meticulous, reliable, and structured working style
• motivation to learn new things and actively participate
• experience with PCs and common programs like Word and Excel
• very good German language skills on at least C1 level
• a driver's license class B is desirable

If you have started a study and realized that you would rather work practically: dropouts are explicitly welcome at MCF.
