We are looking for motivated, reliable and eager to learn trainees who want to become part of a motivated team and produce high-quality products together with us.
About your future vocational training
You want to start in a versatile work environment and complete an apprenticeship with a future? At our production site in Pratau, we offer you the opportunity to complete your apprenticeship as a Machine and Plant Operator (m/w/d) in just two years. You will learn step by step how to set up, operate and monitor our diverse production facilities. You will recognize and correct malfunctions, control the quality of our products and ensure a smooth production process. In addition, you will gain insights into maintenance and care of machines to ensure their long-term performance capabilities. The theoretical foundation is provided in block lessons at the Berufsschulzentrum Stendal.
After successful completion, the door to additional qualification opens: In just one more apprenticeship year, you can take the exam for a skilled worker (m/w/d) in food technology and thus further expand your professional perspectives.
What do we need to be successful in our training?
- SUCCESSFUL main or secondary school leaving certificate
- Techincal understanding and pleasure in dealing with machines
- Independent working style and manual skills
- Interest in natural sciences
- Flexibility for shift work and occasional weekend duties
