Apprenticeship as Automotive Mechatronics Technician for Systems and High-Voltage Technology (m/f/d) 2027

We are a car dealership with six locations around Munich and more than 400 employees, successfully managing the BMW, MINI, and Kia brands. It feels like we've been around forever (since 1963). But that doesn't stop us from thinking ahead: modern buildings, always the latest technology. And of course, great vehicles from three popular car brands. Many colleagues have been with us for a long time, which of course makes us very happy. To ensure it stays that way, there are many extras. We want everyone to feel comfortable with us.

Can't get enough of cars and technology? And have you always wanted to take a BMW apart? That sounds like a match.

During your apprenticeship, you will be accompanied by our experienced automotive mechatronics technicians, especially at the beginning you'll mostly observe, and very quickly you'll get to do it yourself. You will also take photos for documentation or assist with the respective tasks.

If a door needs to be removed, we tackle it together as a team. From apprentice to master – we help each other. Your tasks will grow over time. But don't worry: someone will always double-check.
After your basic training as an automotive mechatronics technician you will specialize in your focus area. Here you will not only learn the general handling of high-voltage systems and their components, but also how to retrofit components to existing vehicle systems. You will identify vehicles and their system components. In addition, you will adhere to corresponding procedures for fault diagnosis and define troubleshooting strategies. Sounds good? We think so too!

By the way: before you sign, you can spend a few days with us (and bombard the other apprentices with questions). This way, we can find out if we are a good fit.

If you have questions, there is always someone there to support you. Colleagues as well as instructors. Do you feel comfortable? Is the cooperation with your automotive mechatronics technician working out? We'll take care of you. And of course, we'll help you if something is not working out.

Oh yes, once a month you'll go to vocational school for a week.

• Car technology and you - that just belongs together.
• Do you have a good (or very good) qualified secondary school certificate? Great. Realschulabschluss or Abitur is also welcome, of course.
• We'd be pleased if you've already had a taste of workshop life during an internship. (But it's not a must)
• Working with your hands is your thing? Even if it involves small parts? Perfect.
• Do you have a driver's license or want to get one? (Class B). Very good. With us, you'll drive fancy cars around the lot from time to time...
• Your language skills in German are at Level C1? Excellent, you'll need that.

• Removing engines, bodywork, or electrical systems - in three and a half years, you'll get to know our workshop, the BMW and MINI world, from A to Z.
• During your apprenticeship, you will receive a monthly salary of 1156 Euros in the first year of training, 1185 Euros in the second, 1244 Euros in the third, and 1310 Euros in the fourth.
