What do I want to become?

During your training, experienced instructors will prepare you step by step for a future in our company. By working through different departments such as Sales, Logistics, or Financial Accounting, you will get to know the individual areas of the company.

At regular team events, "apprentices" from different locations meet to get to know each other and master exciting team-building tasks together.

Tasks

You assess, select, and implement e-commerce sales channels • You design, manage online, and further develop merchandise or service assortments for e-commerce • You apply project-oriented working methods in e-commerce • You design customer communication • You use key figure-based instruments of commercial management in e-commerce • You prepare and carry out online marketing measures • You initiate online merchandise and service contracts • You process online merchandise and service contracts

Company training:

During the three-year training period, you will work with the following departments in our company:

• Purchasing

• Sales

• Marketing

• IT Department

School training:

The school training takes place at the vocational school in Lauingen.
