Responsibilities
What you will learn with us:
- How successful online marketing works – from the initial idea to the measurable campaign
- How to strategically use SEO, SEA, and Social Media and optimize campaigns based on data
- How to analyze target groups and develop suitable marketing measures
- How to work with numbers, KPIs, and reporting, and derive concrete recommendations for action from them
- How to create, maintain, and optimize websites and landing pages for users and search engines
- How to plan, set up, and continuously improve advertising campaigns on platforms like Google, Facebook, and Instagram
- How to professionally use various marketing tools and platforms – from WordPress and Google Ads to Meta Business Manager
Qualifications
What you bring:
- A good Mittlere Reife (intermediate school leaving certificate) or (technical) Abitur (university entrance qualification)
- Enjoyment of numbers, data, and analytical thinking
- Interest in the internet, websites, advertising, and social networks
- Motivation to learn new things and an independent way of working
- Very good German and good English skills
