Your training focus:

• You experience practical and varied activities at a branch-specific insurance broker with its different tasks and challenges
• You have diverse tasks and actively work in day-to-day business
• You gain insight into the relevant insurance products
• You communicate with customers, insurers and claimants
• You learn how to acquire, advise and support customers in the long term
• You create offers, process contract data and damages
• You can assess customer risks and find suitable insurance solutions

What you should bring:

• You are outgoing, enthusiastic about other people and show them insurance solutions with empathy
• Abitur or a good secondary school leaving certificate as a basis for your successful career start
• Motivation and commitment in vocational school and in the company characterize you
• Your willingness to regularly continue your education is important to us
