Job description
We are an innovative software company and develop digital software solutions for the packaging industry. As a software provider, we support our customers in planning, introducing, and maintaining modern IT and software solutions. In the training as a salesman for IT system management, you will learn from us to understand customer requirements and connect commercial and technical processes or work out problem solutions. The start of the training is September 1st, 2026.
Tasks
Your responsibilities / main tasks:
- Drafting of offers and order processing
- Checking and editing system functions and customer inquiries
- Test and version management
- Customer phone calls, consultations, and training sessions
- Customer support in 1st and 2nd level helpdesk
Qualification
You should bring this:
- Abitur or Fachabitur
- Pasión for commercial and IT-related topics
- IT affinity
- High learning motivation
- Team and communication skills
