Tasks

The following tasks await you

You will learn in your training about the exciting and varied fields of e-commerce, for example:

• Selection and design of the product range, setting up and maintaining product data, presenting products
• Analysis of important key figures to find solutions to make the shop even better
• Preliminary preparation and implementation of online marketing measures
• Sales, customer service, and communication over multiple channels
• Financial areas such as accounting, warehouse, logistics, and procurement
• IT, website design, and optimization

Qualification

What we and you wish for

You fit in with us if you have an open-minded, friendly demeanor and enjoy dealing with digital processes. Additionally, it would be great if you meet the following requirements:

• At least a high school diploma or equivalent high school diploma
• Good grades in German and math
• Technical understanding and interest in new technologies
• Flexibility and team spirit
• Ideal, very good knowledge of French or another foreign language
