TRAINING TO BECOME A BODYWORKER (M/F/D) for 2026

YOUR TASKS:

In addition to independently carrying out assembly and repair work, modifications and retrofitting, replacing bolted components, adjustment work, measuring work, assembly and disassembly work, you will also learn how to install and attach additional equipment and accessories.

We will show you how to perform work conscientiously, according to the order and specifications, and how to discuss and agree on necessary order extensions with the workshop/service manager or the responsible service advisors. In addition, we will teach you to work in such a way that the time and performance recording corresponds to the guidelines and specifications and we will show you how to carry out inspection work cleanly and as desired.

YOU WILL LEARN:

· To replace bolted components and body parts and to carry out the corresponding adjustment work

· Troubleshooting on the frame including straightening bench work and replacing load-bearing body parts

· Modifications & retrofitting, assembly & disassembly work

· Identification and elimination of wind noise and noise in general

· Troubleshooting according to instructions and carrying out work according to repair instructions

· Handling of work orders with independent consideration of adherence to deadlines

YOUR QUALIFICATION:

• A successfully completed secondary school leaving certificate, a secondary school certificate or Abitur

• Passion and enthusiasm for cars and their technical structure

• Manual skills, enjoyment of technical tasks and no fear of mathematics and physics

• Flexible, willing to learn and enthusiastic about innovation and new technologies

• Reliable and a team player
