Job description
We are looking for you as a team member of our Technical Services department at the Bochum location.
Become part of the thinkGROUP and support us as an engaged trainee in technology from August 1, 2026. During your training period to become an IT System Electronics Technician (m/w/d), you will get to know various areas. We will promote you individually according to your interests and skills.
Tasks
- Installation of hardware and software
- Configuration of various IT devices and systems
- Carrying out error analyses for hardware and software
- Troubleshooting and maintenance work on different IT devices and systems from various manufacturers
- Service and user support
- Supporting projects and possibly independently conducting smaller projects during the training period
Qualification
- At least upper secondary school leaving certificate with good grades in mathematics, German, and English
- Rapid comprehension ability and technical understanding
- Handicraft-technical skill
- Reliability, self-reliance, and interest in new topic areas
- Ideal first experience from practical activities
- Driver's license class B desirable
