Job description

At Link Snacks, we approach work with hunger, roll up our sleeves – whether in a flannel shirt or not – and dive straight into challenges. We don't shy away from difficulties; we actively confront them. We push harder, move faster, and dare to take the big leaps that built this company four decades ago in the North Woods of Wisconsin.

We are ordinary people delivering extraordinary results. Innovation, creativity, and drive are not just buzzwords for us, but expectations. And just like the real meat protein snacks we produce in our global brand portfolio, the same applies to us: what you see is exactly what you get – down-to-earth, dedicated, and passionate people ready every day not just to be part of the meat snack industry founded by the Link family, but to advance it faster, innovate more strongly, and always raise the bar.

As part of the global company Link Snacks, our team in the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) focuses on driving the growth of the 'real meat protein snacks' category – with a particular focus on our brands: Jack Link's®, Peperami®, BiFi®, and Minuets. We operate across a network of regional offices and production sites in Europe, including Germany, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom.

Dominating this category worldwide requires a strong team. A team that works together, succeeds together, and celebrates together. A team full of energy and passion – driven by only one thing: a handful of our delicious meat snacks.

But it's not just about snacks for us – we are guided by our core values: We work as a team, we say things as they are, we take responsibility for our game, and we reach for the stars!

We live these values. Every. Single. Day.
