industrypart GmbH specializes in the repair and sale of industrial electronics, servo and spindle drives, and servomotors. Our customers are mechanical engineering companies and industrial businesses from Germany and many other countries.

Responsibilities

During your training, you will get to know the various commercial processes of an internationally active company. You will work directly with our team and gain a comprehensive insight into sales, purchasing, order processing, and customer service.

Your tasks during the training

• Processing customer inquiries and orders
• Creation and follow-up of offers
• Customer support by phone and in writing
• Monitoring deadlines and coordinating with customers and suppliers
• Ordering goods and spare parts
• Creation and verification of invoices and delivery documents
• Maintenance of customer, item, and order data
• Support with sales and organizational tasks
• Collaboration with our technical department, workshop, and logistics

With us, you will not only learn the theory but also work on real processes from the very beginning. You will be supported by experienced and helpful colleagues. A qualified trainer will accompany you throughout your entire training period and will be available to answer your questions at any time.

Qualifications

What you bring

• A good secondary school leaving certificate, university of applied sciences entrance qualification, or Abitur (high school diploma)
• Interest in commercial processes and technical products
• Reliability and a sense of responsibility
• Initiative and the willingness to learn new things
• Open and friendly communication
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Basic knowledge of MS Office is an advantage
• English language skills are welcome but not a requirement
