With us, you will become an office all-rounder: whether in purchasing, sales, human resources, marketing, or accounting – you will learn how operational processes are organized, supported, and improved. You will actively participate from the very beginning, take responsibility, and contribute your ideas.

Practical experience: Your apprenticeship will take place at our location in Dissen a.T.W.

Theoretical education: You will attend vocational school at Schölerberg in Osnabrück weekly.

Duration: 3 years

Your tasks:

• Assignment in departments such as Purchasing, Accounting, Marketing, Human Resources, and Sales

• Participation in various commercial activities such as invoice processing, time management, and order processing

• Independent assumption of tasks and active participation in projects

• Organization and support of the internal staff shop

• Participation in career fairs and school visits, e.g., to support trainee recruitment

• Good intermediate school leaving certificate (Realschulabschluss) or (technical) university entrance qualification (Fach-/Hochschulreife)

• Good grades in Math, German, and English

• Ideally, initial exposure to the profession through school, hobbies, internships, or part-time jobs
• Initial knowledge of using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is advantageous

• Interest in economic contexts and administrative tasks

• Strong communication skills, diligence, reliability, and teamwork skills

• Apprenticeship salary starting at €1,259 / month in the 1st year of apprenticeship
