At Bilfinger, you will start your training as an Industrial Scaffolder (m/f/d) and become part of a strong team that ensures work on large industrial plants can be carried out safely every day. You will get involved from the very beginning and become a professional step by step.
Your area of deployment is in the Minden and Hameln region. You will get to know various workplaces in the region and support scaffolding work on industrial plants as well as technical plant locations in Ostwestfalen and Weserbergland.

What awaits you:
- You plan and draw scaffolds for use in large industrial plants
- Together with your team, you erect, dismantle, and modify scaffolds - at changing work locations
- Instead of being in the same place every day, you will be working on different industrial plants - a job with real variety
- You take care of the maintenance, storage, and safe transport of scaffolding material
- You will learn everything about work safety and apply your knowledge directly in practice
- Your training takes place in block instruction - with assignments in vocational school, inter-company training, and at our operational sites
Profile
- You have at least a successfully completed Hauptschulabschluss (intermediate school leaving certificate) or will complete it shortly
- Your technical understanding and manual dexterity distinguish you
- You are not afraid of heights and enjoy working outdoors
- You have acquired a careful and structured way of working at school
- You are reliable, curious, and enjoy working together as a team
