Making IT Work
 
Are you interested in IT, networks, hardware, and modern technologies? Do you want to understand how companies can operate securely and reliably, while contributing to modern IT solutions yourself? Then you are exactly right with us.

You will support our colleagues with technical questions, work on exciting IT projects, and ensure that our systems function reliably together with our team.

What awaits you
 
During your apprenticeship, you will get to know our IT from different perspectives. From the very beginning, you will actively participate in day-to-day operations and exciting IT projects, experiencing how modern IT systems reliably and securely support the daily work of a company.
 
Among other things, you will learn:
 

• how IT workplaces, notebooks, and end devices are set up, configured, and maintained
• how Windows and Linux systems, networks, and IT infrastructures work
• how hardware and software are installed, maintained, and errors are systematically analyzed
• how support requests are processed via a ticketing system and technical solutions are developed
• how IT security standards and data protection are implemented in daily corporate operations
• how new technologies are tested, introduced, and documented

 
Your Apprenticeship Stations
 
Depending on the apprenticeship path, you will get to know areas such as:

• IT
• Voice & Data Engineering
• Data Center
• Security Management
• Consulting

This way, you will learn the technical side of our company and at the same time understand how IT, specialist departments, and customers collaborate successfully.

What you bring with you
 

• Intermediate vocational school diploma (Fachoberschulreife), university of applied sciences entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife), or high school diploma (Abitur)
• Enthusiasm for IT, computers, networks, and new technologies
• Enjoyment in analyzing technical problems and finding solutions
• Strong communication skills and team spirit
• Curiosity about new technologies and motivation for personal development

Attractive Apprenticeship Salary

• 1st year of apprenticeship: €1,000 gross
• 2nd year of apprenticeship: €1,050 gross
• 3rd year of apprenticeship: €1,150 gross
