Your tasks

• You are responsible for planning and configuring IT systems. This includes installing and setting up hardware and software components and operating systems as well as managing network components.
• In the event of malfunctions, you will be on hand with modern diagnostic systems to help customers and colleagues with application problems.
• Purchasing and installation of new devices, maintenance and upkeep of software
• You advise and supports customers in selecting and implementing IT products, analyzes their requirements, creates suitable offers, and is the first point of contact for software problems.
• You decide where you want to specialize and get exciting insights into various IT projects.

Your profile

• A completed high school diploma or equivalent with at least a grade 2.0
• You have a passion for modern technologies and a good understanding of technical relationships
• Basic knowledge of programming languages is an advantage
• You have a quick grasp and a high degree of learning readiness and reliability
• Your German language skills are at least
