Tasks
Specialist in Application Development (w/m/d) create and develop software in a varied field of work. Every day and task is different, and you stay up-to-date with the latest technology to react creatively to new requirements. After your onboarding, your tasks will include:
- You program software applications based on Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly Dynamics NAV/Navision)
- You analyze and implement customer requirements into our customers' software applications
- You in existing systems of our customers
- With increasing experience: You advise our customers independently and trustingly on software implementation and updates
Qualification
We're looking for people, not just degrees. Here are a few helpful prerequisites to be successful with us:
- Abitur or Fachhochschulreife
- Passion for IT topics and Digitalization
- Logical-systematic thinking
- Communication- and team skills
- Very good knowledge of German
This would be really great (no must):
- first experiences in programming

You're probably wondering how much you can earn as an apprentice: As a Specialist in Application Development (w/m/d) in your first year, approximately €950 per month (2nd year: ca. €1,000, 3rd year: ca. €1,100). More detailed information is available at the Bundesinstitut für Berufsbildung.
